1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TrackPilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: This Service is intended for legal monitoring purposes only. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. Legal Use Requirements
You agree to use TrackPilot only for lawful purposes. You must:
- Own or have legal authority over the device being monitored
- Be a parent or legal guardian monitoring a minor child's device
- Have explicit consent from the device owner if monitoring an adult
- Inform device users that monitoring is taking place (where required by law)
- Comply with all applicable laws including privacy, wiretapping, and surveillance laws
⚠️ WARNING: Unauthorized monitoring of devices you do not own or have authority over is illegal and may result in criminal prosecution.
3. Account Registration
To use TrackPilot, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
4. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use TrackPilot to:
- Monitor devices without proper authorization or consent
- Stalk, harass, or invade the privacy of any individual
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law
- Intercept communications in violation of wiretapping laws
- Engage in any form of surveillance for malicious purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that monitored data will be 100% accurate or that the Service will function with all devices.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACKPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
